Who carried the Indian National Flag during the US Capitol Hill siege?

The January 6 protest held in support of Donald Trump, who lost the US presidential election, ended in riots in the Washington Capitol and made the world look back. The display of the Indian national flag in support of Trump in the struggle was condemned on an Indian scale.

One of those who waved the Indian national flag in support of Trump was identified as Vincent Xavier of Kerala, who lives in Virginia. Vincent Xavier is said to be a supporter of the Indian National Congress and the photo he took with Congress MP Sasi Tharoor was shared on social media.

BJP MP Varun Gandhi was one of those who protested against the use of the Indian tricolour flag in the struggle. MP Sasi Tharoor had replied to Varun Gandhi that some Indians have Trump’s ideology.

Vincent Xavier tweeted, tagging Sasi Tharoor and Varun Gandhi with photos of other countries’ flags, saying “American patriots – Vietnamese, Indians, Koreans and Iranians rallied in solidarity with Trump over voter fraud.”

Vincent Xavier, a Trump supporter, is an important member of the Malayalee foreign community in the United States. He is said to have started the Indo-US Center, which focuses on strengthening bilateral relations. From 2014 to 2016, Vincent Xavier was vice president of the Federation of Malayalam Associations of America.

In 2018, the official Facebook page of BJP MP Subramanian Swamy posted a photo taken in the US with the leader of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad organization. Krishna Kudipathi is mentioned as the Washington leader of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Many of them are more interested in finding out which party they support in India, who carried the Indian national flag in support of Trump in the US Capitol siege.
