Let’s look at the fake news spread about Rahul Gandhi during the 100 days of Bharat Jodo Yatra.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra began on 7th September 2022 with a mission to walk from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. Today, 16th December 2022 marks the 100th day of the yatra which is planned to last around 150 days and in these 100 days, various big events have taken place such as election of a new Congress President, Gujarat & Himachal Pradesh elections and despite this, Rahul Gandhi had remained unfazed and focused on the yatra, which he had described as a ‘tapasya’.

Various noted cinema celebrities such as Rashami Desai, Akansha Puri, Riya Sen, Pooja Bhatt etc and noted personalities such as Aaditya Thackeray, Kunal Kamra, former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan etc have joined the yatra. The yatra, however, were subject to multiple misinformation campaigns and some misinformation was spread in favor of the yatra too.

In this compilation, let’s look at the misinformation spread against Rahul Gandhi from 7 Sep to 16 Dec 2022

These are just the misinformation campaigns against just Rahul Gandhi alone during the first 100 days of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, which does not include misinformation and fake news spread against other Congress leaders and the Congress party in general.
