Corona vaccine expect to reach India soon?

From the day we learned the word corona, the collective conscience of all of us has been waiting for the only remedy is Vaccine.
This article will not answer the Pseudoscience debate that vaccination is unnecessary and that it is a hoax. Rather, the central purpose of this article is to shed light on the science behind vaccines and the need for rational brains.
What is a vaccine?
According to early science, a vaccine is an injection of dead or non-reproductive viruses.
Why? Thus when a few viruses are injected, the human body prepares antibodies against it. Thus, the body utilizes the prepared antibodies (antibodies) when the actual infection occurs.
If your common sense says, “Let the body deal with the virus if it affects,” here is the answer.
Normally when an infection strikes us, the body is not ready. It can take up to a week or two, depending on the severity of the virus and the patient’s physical condition, to prepare the body for adequate antibodies.
Medications and the hospital scenes we see today are just for the body to fight off the virus within this time frame.
Vaccination is a scientifically discovered method to prepare the body before the virus strikes. This is the type of vaccine that is given here today against measles.
So for the corona virus, we read the news of these many companies as a game being played to find a vaccine.
The news that we see “Here it comes, very soon” is the news about the speed of this game.
So recently we read that Pfizer-BiONtech’s vaccine has been reported to be 95% effective in Vaccine Efficacy in Phase-3 studies. Apart from this vaccine, unlike the vaccines that have come up so far, there are reports of a ‘new type’. Let’s look at this in a little more detail.
Once a virus enters us, it multiplies in six stages, many times. The purpose of chemotherapy is to study these steps and prevent the virus from multiplying in a proper state.
In particular, the company is targeting messenger RNA, the basic biological component needed for the virus to reproduce. That is, science, which has so far only vaccinated low-fat viruses, is now beginning to target its basic molecule, mRNA. This is considered a major development in vaccine science.
What is mRNA?
This is the progenitor of the infection. In order for the virus to reproduce itself, it must in some way pass on its mRNA, or basic organism, to the human body. The company that tracks the basic molecules, mRNA, into the human body. As a result, the human body prepares antibodies against this mRNA. This is just a line description of the study.
Well, does it work? Do Antibodies Really Develop? Do the resulting slaves give immunity to the human body?
The study that tests this is Phase 3 trials (1-3 phases).
That means injecting a certain number of individuals with these vaccines and testing whether they have been infected for a certain period of time.
How long? By scientific definition, 24 months. This means that the vaccine works if you have not been infected for up to 2 years.
Well, now came the corona itself. How about waiting two years.?
The 95% vaccine efficacy we see in the news today is the result of a three-month study.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is looking for a drug that has a 50% immunity to life-threatening epidemics, such as death and life expectancy.
The reason is that the nuances in the study are such. The company claims that it is only 95% efficient in this environment.
If so, will it take two years (one year) for the vaccine to arrive? No one has yet given a clear answer to this.
Based on the results of the above study, the company has applied to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for permission for emergency use of the vaccine. After reviewing the relevant documents, the government may approve the agency or review the documents and decide whether to continue the study.
Probably a factor as to why they’re doing so poorly. ”
The way we come to say this article is that it is not so easy.
Pfizer is an American company, BiONtech is a German company. Both countries are ready to receive the needles that will come out in the first phase of production.
Apart from these, the UK, Japan and the EU are ready to pre-book for about 40 crore needles. Will the more gluttonous (rich) superpowers be left idle?
Besides, do you know the number of needles that this company will manufacture in order to get approval?
130 crores. This is the total number of needles that can be manufactured by 2021, the companies said in a statement.
Does this number look like the number you saw somewhere? Yes Population of India.
It is questionable whether it will come to us even if we give the total production of 2021 to India.
The reason, the company says, is that the vaccine, the Ultra Cold Chain, must be maintained with an ultra-cooling device.
That is, minus 70 degrees Celsius.
The sad news is that this facility is not widely used in India today.
Apart from the World Health Organization (WHO), some policies have been laid down. Accordingly, the definition is that the vaccine should be distributed in the following order, taking into account the global demand.
World Health Care Workers
- Over 80s
- Over 70s
- Over 60s
- Over 50s
The WHO has generally stated that this is the way to go.
According to 2019 world data, 9% of the world’s population is over 65 years of age. That means about 70 crore people are over this age, according to statistics.
So the situation today is that 130 crore needles are not enough for the aforementioned World Health Organization priorities.
I would like to conveniently forget the question of how India can afford to pay for our needs, keeping in mind the market value of alternative companies, even if they are available in large numbers.
India and South Africa have filed a petition with the World Trade Organization (WTO) seeking clarification from the TRIPS Agreement on the Implementation of Intellectual Property Protection Rules until corona immunity develops for the majority of the world’s population. Despite the support of 99 countries, the superpowers involved in the development of the vaccine have not yet listened.
More than this, science has a question hidden within itself.
The population of the above study, i.e. the people who accepted the needles in the study were mostly Americans.
What’s wrong with that?
Viruses can easily change colour. That is, the virus that enters us as a trustworthy person has the ability to transform into Prakash Raja after passing a 100 person.
That is, it makes small changes in its basic molecules. It occurs in all organisms but the virus is slightly more serious.
This is one of the main reasons why vaccines cannot be found in most viral infections. Studies show that in India, as of April, it has transformed itself in 8 ways.
Its form varies widely around the world. If the aforementioned vaccine works for people living in the US, it means that the mRNA detected by the company is common to the virus forms present in that land.
The same vaccine may work for Indians. But it is doubtful whether it will be 95% effective.
So,
- Will permission be available soon?
- How long is the number of needles ready for us to compete with the world population and market?
- Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.
- Even if the needles are tested, the cost is to distribute them all over India (Ultra Cold Chain).
- There are various questions like this.
So what’s the point of such announcements being talked about so loudly?
The news will be used as a symbol for the sale of the company’s shares and to the big bosses who have invested crores in other research firms.
After all, needles are not likely to come in bulk. This will come in instalments.
The only sure thing is that the day is not near when the needles will come to our hands, amidst all the ridiculous news like ‘MLA hoarded’, ‘marketing company hoarded’, ‘needles stolen’.
With all of the above don’t get caught up in the Illuminati stories that this is something Pfizer-BioNTech’s joint conspiracy. Both are multinational corporations, and these problems apply to other small and medium enterprises.
So, no matter which company’s vaccine precedes, they must overcome the same barriers mentioned above to get our hands on it.
According to an Indian company, these may be reduced in order to detect the vaccine.
But, you may have realized through the above explanations that vaccine detection is not such an easy technology.
Indian companies are researching Attenuated Vaccine, a vaccine that injects low-grade viruses, with the facilities available to them.
Therefore, we must see the indigenous vaccine as a long-term dream. Let’s wait.!
