Explanation

41 construction workers who were trapped in a mine on the Yamunotri National Highway near Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand for 17 days were successfully rescued yesterday. This was mainly due to the efforts of the Uttarakhand administration, experts from SDRF, NDRF, MoRTH, NHIDCL, NHAI, BRO, and Australia’s rescue expert, Arnold Dix.

It was also seen that many BJP members including Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw are spreading this photo virally on social media.
