What is the Truth?

When searching with relevant keywords, we found that Babur died in 1530. Babur’s biography on the Britannica website mentions that he was born in 1483 and died on 26, December 1530.

It is further stated that Babur is said to have walked around the bed seven times in order to fulfil the commitment he made to God, offering his life in exchange for his son Humayun’s when he fell ill in 1530. In the same year that Babur’s health deteriorated and Humayun recovered, Babur passed away. India Today reported that Humayun died in AD 1556 falling from the stairs of his library building.

The Britannica website mentions that Babar Mosque, before its destruction in Ayodhya in 1992, was built in September 1528, as per the inscriptions on the site. It is said to have been built by Mir Baqi, Babur’s officer, under the orders of Babur, along with the other two mosques at Sambhal and Panipat.

Ayodhya has had a lot of attention in politics for the last few decades. The historical basis of beliefs that the temple of Rama was demolished to build a Mosque in its place is debatable. However, we found that Babur did not build the mosque in 1556. But Mir Baqi built three mosques, including Babri Masjid, in 1528 under the orders of Babur.

It is found that Babur’s officer, Mir Baqi built the Babri Masjid in 1928, along with two other mosques, as per the orders of Babur, and Babur died in 1930. The claim that the incident happened in 1556 is untrue.
