The video titled ‘Life of Shri Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’ is a film and the description part mentions that the film depicts various important events in his life. The viral footage is a collage of snipped clips from this full-length video.
The same video is published on the ‘savarkar’ website with the title ‘Films Division documentary’. The video published is from the ‘Gyan Surya’ Youtube channel and is titled ‘Veer Damodar Savarkar Full Documentry Hindi’. The documentary directed by Prem Vaidya for the Films Division of the Government of India was released in 1983.
