And it is mentioned on the Twitter page of Bharat Jodo Yatra that September 23 is a rest day.

Bharat Jodo Yatra from ‘Kanyakumari to Kashmir’ was launched on September 7, 2022. After a week of foot March, on its eighth day, the ‘yatris’ took a break on September 15 (Thursday) as a part of their schedule.
