Meanwhile, a video was shared to claim that the newly appointed Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav said, “If Pakistan Zindabad slogans are raised on Indian soil, you will be crushed. I want to inform Mulla and Maulvis to get Nawaz educated, and give a good education but let me inform you as well this country is Hindustan. It is the duty of parents to teach their kids about this country. What is the truth?
We ran a reverse image search using the keyframes of the viral video and found that the actual video was posted on the ETV Bharat YouTube Channel on 23, August 2021. The caption of this video clearly identifies the man as Madhya Pradesh MLA Rameshwar Sharma.
ETV Bharat reported that Rameshwar Sharma reacted to the matter of anti-national slogans raised on the occasion of Muharram at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. A comparison image of the newly elected Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma is shown below.
The police arrested six persons and detained some of the suspects for raising anti-national slogans at the Muharram procession at Ujjain on 19, August 2019 reported by NDTV. Similar news was reported by TOI as well. BJP Rameshwar Sharma is misidentified as Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav.
The person who appears in the viral video is BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma, not newly elected CM Mohan Yadav.
