What is the truth?

When looking at the viral photo of Sai Pallavi and a man wearing garland, we also found a clipped part of another person wearing a similar garland near her. It is usual in the film industry to start any movie with a ‘pooja’ where the movie cast wears floral garland during the ritual.

When searching for the movie that Sai Pallavi recently signed up for, we found that she is pairing with Sivakarthikeyan’s 21st movie. With further search, we found the visuals from ‘SK21’ movie pooja on the Youtube channel ‘Lovle Telugu’. Sai Pallavi is seen wearing the same attire as in the viral image. In addition to it, the YouTube video also shows the person seen in the viral image.

The movie ‘SK21’ is produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International and is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. The man seen in the viral image is identified as the director of the movie and the viral image is found to have been taken from the movie pooja. A simple Google reverse search of the viral image shows the full version of the viral image posted on Rajkumar Periyasamy’s X account.

The director in the original image is seen holding the clapboard which conveys that it is ‘SK21’ movie pooja. But this is clipped in the viral image.
