Meanwhile, Central Ex-Minister and BJP MP Prakash Javadekar shared a video tweeting that, “4 km long rack train with 4 engines being run on war footing basis to supply coal to power plants”, on October 20.

What is the Truth?

The video that Prakash Javadekar shared, claiming that the train is carrying coal is not captured recently during the scarcity of coal. The same video was published in January 2021 on social media.

A 2-minute video was shared on IRTS Association Twitter handle on January 6, mentioning as, “4 loaded goods train connected for the first time in Korba, Bilaspur Division. Carrying 16000 ton of coal equivalent to 500 trucks, it ran from Korba to Bhilai”. The IRTS operates under the Ministry of Railways. IRTS Association has tweeted the same two-minute video.

Moreover, a 2.19-minute video was shared on Twitter by the Ministry of Railways on 6th January 2021.

Conclusion
