What’s the truth?

We began our study by searching Google for pertinent keywords and the keyframes from the viral video. This directed us to a May 13, 2024, YouTube shorts video. The caption reads, “Scene from Tis Hajari Court Mediation Centre today source Delhi News.” An infographic labeled “Welcome to Mediation Centre, Family Court, Tis Hajari, Delhi” is also included in the video.

Using this as a clue, we conducted additional research and discovered the same viral video that Lokmat Times Media posted on May 14, 2024, on their Instagram account.

The post headline reads “A video from Delhi’s Tis Hazari court has surfaced, showing family members clashing with each other in the mediation room. They came to settle their scores but ended up in conflict with each other.”

Conclusion:

Therefore, we conclude that the widely circulated rumor that Kejriwal’s PA beat up Swati Maliwal is incorrect and misleading. The video is actually a scene from the mediation room at Delhi Family Court.
