Fact Check:

When the viral video was split into keyframes by the Invid tool and searched for the reverse image, the video was released on a YouTube channel on April 12, 2020, taken during a public general lockdown.

On September 17 and 20, 2020, three new agricultural laws were approved by the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. But the video, which going viral, was reported a few months before the bill was introduced.

Details of the original video is unknown, including when and where the viral video of the person in the car serving alcohol was taken. But it is clear that this has nothing to do with the ongoing farmer’s struggle.
