While searching for a video of a man threatening to be surrounded by police, an NDTV headline titled “Thakur Men’s Threats On Camera As They Defend Accused in Hathras Horror” revealed a viral video of a Thakur leader threatening a Bhim Army leader.

UP police have registered a case against Chandrasekara Azad and 400 others after the Bhim Army chief went to visit the victim’s family. But no action was taken against the approximately 500 men who had gathered in support of the alleged rapists, some of whom openly warned Assad in videos that went viral online.
