What’s the truth?
The original YouTube channel video was the first thing we came across when we began our analysis using the viral video’s keyframe. The name of the channel is “TV Vikrama.” It’s a channel with Kannada content.
The viral video was uploaded with the title, “The doctor removed the cloth from his eyes and gave treatment…” When we looked into their description box it’s written as “This fictional interview is an attempt to give some message to some children when they are destroying their future by thinking that religion is the biggest thing while getting education….”
Furthermore, we observed that the video is not current—rather, it is old, dating from February 2022.
For the reader’s reference, we have included a screenshot of the translation process that we carried out using Google Translate.
According to the description box of the original video, all of the aforementioned information verifies that the video is an old work of fiction.
Therefore, we deduce that the widely shared video featuring a woman wearing a burqa declaring that she will take off her hijab when receiving dental care from a male dentist if he closes his eyes during the procedure is a staged production. The description box of the original video referred to it quite clearly.
