However, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released its latest Global Economic Outlook for 2021, stating that India’s GDP growth rate as -8% on 2020.

India ranks first as the fastest growing economy, showing that India is growing faster than 2.3% of China.

However, the International Monetary Fund has raised India’s GDP estimates for the year 2021 from 8.8 per cent to 11.5 per cent in the October update. This release indicates a better-than-expected economic outlook for the second quarter of the current fiscal year.
