He is grinning and appears content as he works. This post is shared to claim that the lifeless body of Iraqi refugee and Islam critic Salwan Sabah Matti Momika has been found in Norway. The user went on to add, “Momika was known for organizing demonstrations in Sweden where he publicly burned the Koran several times.” While we were writing this article, this post received an astounding 4.9 million views. We started our analysis with relevant keywords on Google which led us to some news reports. According to the report of The Courts Of Sweden, “After Salwan Momika appealed the Migration Court’s decision, the Migration Court decided not to grant leave to appeal.”

The report went on to add, “The Swedish Migration Agency decided in October 2023 that Salwan Momika would be deported from Sweden. After Salwan Momika appealed the decision to the Migration Court, his appeal was rejected on 7 February 2024. Salwan Momika appealed this judgment to the Migration Court of Appeal, which has now decided not to grant leave to appeal.

Moreover, The Migration Court’s decision not to grant leave to appeal means that the Migration Agency’s decision to deport Salwan Momika has legal effect, says Peder Liljeqvist, appellate court lawyer.”
