Is this the video of an electric car in India exploding?
Many social media posts claim that an electric car in India exploded while charging, but the fact is, it was a CNG car in Uzbekistan.

Explanation
Electric cars and electric bikes are believed to be prone to explosion. In India, during the launch of several e-scooters from top brands, there were many reported incidents of the electric vehicle exploding or catching fire. There have been some reports of electric cars in India catching fire as well.
Even when Tesla launched its cars, there were such reports of their cars catching fire. Now, a video is being circulated in social media with claims that an electric car exploded in what appears to be a charging station and some claims also mention that the explosion took place in India. What’s the truth?
With a reverse image search, we were able to find several articles regarding the explosion. The explosion did not take place in India as claimed in the social media posts. The explosion took place in Uzbekistan.
Moreover, it was not an electric car that got exploded in a charging station. It was petrol/gas car (Chevrolet Nexia 3) that was filling gas in a CNG filling station exploded in Uzbekistan. Some of the news reports about the incident can be seen here, here, here, here, here and here.

Conclusion
The car exploded in the viral video is not an electric car and also the video is not from India. These claims are false. The incident took place in Uzbekistan and the car exploded is a CNG model of the Chevy Nexia 3.
