Lord Ram’s image on the Burj Khalifa is a Photoshopped fake!

Yesterday, January 22, marked the official opening of the Ram temple located in Ayodhya. Numerous plans were set up for this purpose throughout India. In many states, government holidays were also declared for this reason.

In this instance, a picture of Lord Ram with the words “Jai Shriram” appearing on the Dubai, Burj Khalifa building is going viral all over the Internet. What’s the truth?

A Google reverse image search of the circulating photo revealed that it is not a genuine photo. Additionally, images and videos of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa will always be shared on their official Instagram page, burjkhalifa. However, no information about the display of Lord Ram’s image at the Burj Khalifa was made yesterday. Moreover, their page states that the most recent video was posted on January 2.

In further search, actor Dulquer Salmaan’s (dqsalmaan) Instagram page on November 05, 2021, said, “Proud to announce that #Kurup will be the first Malayalam film to have a trailer played on the famed Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Those of you in Dubai can witness the event on the 10th of November.” It was seen that the footage of this video and the photo that is going viral are identical.

It is evident from this that some individuals have altered the video footage that was released during the “Kurup film” to make it appear as though Lord Ram is standing, and is shared on social media. Many people have also posted this image on their social media pages considering this to be a real photo.
