In recent days a post claims that AIADMK’s former minister Ma Foi Pandiyarajan has started a free education foundation and has been forwarding with a long message on social media. The post also claims that the foundation will help students who are economically backward and have lost their parents, including section-wise tuition fees.

Fact Check:

No official information has been released that former minister Ma Foi Pandiyarajan made such an announcement for the students.

Such information has been circulating since the year 2017 when searching with the phone number in it. This is not the first time that false information has been spread on social networking.

Explanation

In addition, Ma Foi Pandiyarajan himself has posted on his official Facebook page denying that the forwarded information being spread is false. A complaint has been lodged with the police regarding the forward information.
