Instead, we found ‘Scroll’ on 12, November 2021 mentioning a tweet by ‘A Selvaraj’ with the viral video dated 11, November 2022, with the title ‘Watch: On Chennai’s Marina Beach, the sea has risen to the road after heavy rain’. The tweet mentioned the video as ‘Marina beach sea shore extended up to the service road’.
