The viral tweet was from the Twitter account @ArshadNadeemPak. But the tweet was deleted later and the below tweet was posted.
The account seems to have started in May 2021. And, the same tweet has also been posted in a Twitter account @ArshadNofficial, but the post has not been removed since it had only limited shares. This account was started in August 2020.
But these two Twitter accounts in the name of Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem are fake and not his original Twitter account. Abdul Ghaffar from the Sports category of ‘The Dawn’ media has tweeted along with a picture that Arshad Nadeem has confirmed that @Arshadnadeem76 is his original Twitter account.

The original Twitter account of Arshad Nadeem has no such posts as claimed by the social media users. He also has informed on 5th August that he does not have any other Twitter accounts. His original account was started in August 2020 after which few fake accounts were created.
