What’s the truth?
We began our study by looking up pertinent keywords and the viral video’s keyframes. Looking carefully at the viral video, we saw that the leaders of the India bloc were holding a little red book that resembled the Indian constitution’s coat pocket version.
Our investigation started with relevant keywords like “Color of Indian Constitution book” and “Red color Indian Constitution book.”
Eventually, we found the Indian Constitution book on the Amazon website. Here the book was small and also in red color. While surfing through the page we found that the book was described as “The Constitution of India (Coat Pocket Edition) – 2023 Edition – EBC Flexibound.”
Subsequently, we conducted additional research and found an article in The Statesman that included an image of the exact red Indian Constitution pocketbook that our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, had given to the departing President, Ram Nath Kovind.
According to the article, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi met President Ram Nath Kovind, a day after the latter assumed the top Constitutional office.” Also, the article went on to add that, “The prime minister posted pictures of the meeting on his Twitter account, one of which showed him apparently presenting a copy of the Constitution to the president.”
This suggests that the viral red Indian Constitution book was also used by PM Modi and other notable individuals earlier.
The aforementioned details make it clear that the little red book that the leaders of the INDIA bloc are holding is a coat pocket version of the Indian Constitution.
