The video which is circulating on social media claims that a BJP MP who was in a hurry the previous day to answer questions about the wrestlers’ protest, was seen at a party 10 minutes later.
What is the truth ?
The video, which is trending and shared on social media, claims that the woman who was dancing enthusiastically in a marriage ceremony for Hrithik Roshan’s song “Bang Bang” was the Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi, who could not answer about the wrestlers’ protest and is being seen at a party 10 minutes later after running from the reporters on May 31, 2023.
In search of the dance video with the help of certain keywords and by using reverse image search, we found that the woman who was energetically dancing in the marriage ceremony was not the union minister Meenakshi Lekhi. Matching visuals from the viral video is seen in a DNA article which was updated on December 28, 2021. The same incident of the viral video along with matching visuals are also found reported on the Kalingatv website. But none of the reports identified the woman in the viral video.
However, a link to an Instagram post that has an extended version of the viral video is seen on the above-referred websites. The video posted by the viralbhayani Instagram page on 26, December 2021 shows the face of the woman dancing in the viral video revealing to us that the woman is not Minister Meenakshi Lekhi.

Considering the above reports, it is clear that the woman who was dancing in the video was not BJP MP, Meenakshi Lekhi, and hence, it is falsely claimed that she was in a hurry to not answer about the wrestlers’ protest to reporters but was seen at a party 10 minutes later.
Conclusion
Therefore, from the above explained details, it is found that a video from 2021 is falsely claimed as Meenakshi Lekhi runs from the reporters’ question and later seen dancing in a wedding party recently.
