Explanation

In the 10-second viral video, we see a hill and there is a yellow arrow pointing downwards on the highest summit where we see a tiny movement of some imagery. In the video, there are some infographic writings in Hindi which is loosely translated as, “Watch carefully. Those who have darshan of Baba should follow and share. Don’t go without doing so.”

This same video is shared by many social media users with the caption “Shiv nivas Kailash” and can be viewed here, here, and here. Come, let’s check the authenticity of this claim.

What’s the truth?

When we started our research we used the keyframes of the viral video which led us to the Instagram page of the user namely, “its_prajapati_roshan.”

Here the user uploaded the same video on 28 September with the caption, “Har har mahadev.” And many people in the comment section have pointed out that the video is edited and not a real one.

Moreover, the user’s page is filled with such kinds of edited videos and his profile says as he is a digital creator.

This clearly proves that the video is an edited version circulated on social media.

Conclusion:

Therefore, we conclude with the available evidence that the above viral video showing the baba(god) on a hill dancing is an digiatlly edited video and not a real one.
