When the keyframes of the video are reverse searched, the ‘Deccan Herald’ article dated 26, August 2022 is found with the title ‘UK PM contender Rishi Sunak, his wife perform ‘gau pooja’; video goes viral’.
Bhaktivedanta Manor’s Facebook page posted pictures of Rishi Sunak’s visit on 18, August 2022, and visuals of the viral video can be seen in the set of pictures posted. The video was not taken when Rishi Sunak performed Gau pooja after he becomes UK PM and the claim is misleading.
Claim 2 Fact-check
This video claimed to be Rishi Sunak’s housewarming ceremony with the Sanatan Hindu ritual. Rishi Sunak posted a picture on his Twitter account on 18, August 2022 mentioning his visit to Bhaktivedanta Manor. It matches the visual from the video.
This video was also posted on the ‘Keshavaswami’ Instagram account mentioning Rishi Sunak’s visit. It is not Gruha Pravesh of Rishi Sunak as claimed.
Moreover, 10 Downing Street is UK Prime Minister’s office, says UK Government website.

Several news media outlets published about Rishi Sunak lighting candles for Diwali in November 2020.
