What is the truth?

We ran a reverse image search of keyframes of the viral video and found the original video posted on Privavateeye CCTV YouTube Channel (Ritesh Modi) on 26, September 2016.

This description part reads “With 10 metres cloth and 20 foot wood stick with the blessing of Lord Hanuman. Waving the biggest flag while dancing on the band steps in Hyderabad on the occasion of Ganesh nimajjanam 2016.’
