Fact Check:

The viral petrol punk bill is said to have been issued by Sai Balaji Petroleum in Mumbai’s Vikhroli area. Not only this, but it is also taken from a sample image provided to show how the portable billing tool works. It was possible to see differences in the date and writing on the sample bill.

They have taken a photo of the model petrol punk bill provided on the billing tools related website saibalajihandheld.com and converted it through Photoshop.

Photoshop has changed the wording, including Do Not Drive for the Year and Modi, into a model image created in 2012 under the customer name Vaibhav as a bill for petrol. Also, there is no record of any vehicle in the vehicle number on that bill.

Explanation

In our search, a bill issued at a petrol bunk in Mumbai featured a viral bill claiming that if you want to reduce petrol prices do not vote for Modi is a fake one. It is possible to know that one of the petrol bill models is created by Photoshop.
