The poster with the Money heist meme which was shared on social media about the PM’s visit to the USA is seen mocking with the phrase, “We only rob banks but you rob the whole nation”, with hash tags #Modinotwelcome was not by USA people, it was from Hyderabad (Telangana). What is the truth?
The poster which was circulating on social media claims that people in the US indulge in raising posters and flex amidst Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s US visit.
By carrying out a reverse image search of the poster carrying a money heist meme with the phrase “We only rob banks, but you rob the whole nation”, we found that it happened in Hyderabad, Telangana on July 1st, 2022 and not in the USA.

The information about the hoardings was explained in The News Minute Newspaper and news channels like TnewsTelugu on July 1, 2022.
Taking a cue from the image and from the above report, the hoardings are found to be old and were put in Hyderabad’s Lal Bahadur Nagar ahead of the Bharatiya Janata Party National executive meeting on July 2022. And in detail, the incident happened due to the two party programmes BJP National executive meeting and TRS rally and there engaged the turf wars to occupy public places with their advertisement hoardings.
The hoardings also had several hashtags like bye-bye Modi etc., And the giant hoarding was erected due to some billboards put up by the TRS with permission. It was removed by BJP cadres as the hoarding was erected to mock the PM with the famous Netflix series Money Heist with the message “We only rob banks, you rob the whole nation”, reported The News Minute article dated July 2022.
Conclusion
Here, from the above information, the hoarding with a phrase against PM Narendra Modi is found to have happened in Hyderabad and not in the USA. Therefore, it is a false claim.
