This video was an old viral video. The same video was shared by a Twitter user on September 1, 2021, mentioning that 33 years young man died due to heart attack after a workout in a gym in Bangalore.

August 31 dated Karnataka News channel also has published the same news and video. This old video of a person who died after a workout in the gym due to heart attack is claimed as Puneeth Rajkumar.
Conclusion
A CCTV footage claiming that actor Puneeth Rajkumar fainting on the stairs after a workout in the gym due to heart pain is some other person and not Puneeth Rajkumar.
