Accusations made on Rahul Gandhi 2 months ago repeated again. False then. False now.
Claim
Rahul Gandhi, son of a Catholic mother and a Parsi father, should stop this fancy dress drama in Hindi heartland.
When in Kerala or TN, he never bothered to visit a single Hindu temple. Visited minority religious places though.
His beliefs change depending on electoral maths…

Explanation
Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, a walk from Kanyakumari to Kashmir over a period of 150 days, is currently in Madhya Pradesh and about to reach Rajasthan. BJP’s IT wing head Amit Malviya had tweeted that Rahul Gandhi had not visited even a single Hindu temple while he was in Kerala or Tamil Nadu, in addition to claiming that he was born to a Catholic mother and a Parsi father. Tamil Nadu BJP head, K Annamalai also tweeted from Amit Malviya’s tweet and made a similar claim.
For some, every day is a new drama, a new fashion show.
In Bharat Jodo Yatra, we are seeing Shri. Rahul Gandhi as Amar on one day, Akbar second day & Anthony third day.
If somebody thinks this is secular, they very well know they are fooling themselves. (1/2) https://t.co/0treo599BQ pic.twitter.com/EmCjzlVKNe

What’s the truth?
In just a week of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra which began on 7th September, Rahul Gandhi visited Sivagiri Mutt in Kollam on 14th September and Thuravoor Mahakshethram Temple on 20th September.
A video of Rahul’s visit to Thuravoor Mahakshethram Temple which was uploaded in Rahul Gandhi’s Twitter page can be seen here.
Earlier, similar accusations were made in the initial stages of the yatra when Rahul Gandhi was accused of not paying respects to Hindu spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda, when in fact, he did visit Vivekananda memorial in Kanyakumari. We have done a fact-check.

The same accusations that Rahul Gandhi did not visiting a single Hindu temple were already leveled against him by the BJP earlier too and we have fact-checked already.

On 3rd October 2022, Rahul Gandhi visited Chamundeshwari temple in Mysuru in addition to Masjid-e-Azam and the St Philomena’s Cathedral.
The accusations made by BJP IT wing’s head Amit Malviya and Tamil Nadu BJP’s K Annamalai is false. Rahul Gandhi had visited temples and Hindu religious sites in addition to his visits to religious places of minorities. Interestingly, K Annamalai used the exact same image which was used by Prithi Gandhi back in 11th September 2022.
Tamil Nadu, the ‘Temple State’ of India, has the maximum number of temples per lakh population in the entire country. The State is home to 79154 temples.
But @RahulGandhi is not visiting a single Hindu Temple in his Tamilnadu route of #BharatJodoYatra. Only Churches & Mosques. pic.twitter.com/zS8VQyPyuf

Conclusion
The accusation that Rahul Gandhi did not visit any Hindu temple in Tamil Nadu and Kerala is factually incorrect. He had visited many religious places in his southern leg of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. A fake claim which we have already debunked is being spread again now.
