This indicates that the video has been altered and is being shared on social media with misleading information in an attempt to defame Rahul Gandhi.

Additionally, Anurag Thakur’s speech regarding the “Samvidhan” (57:16) is taken from the video, and the emergency portion (57:45) is added and edited to create a viral clip that spreads misleading information and causes more confusion.

All this information confirms that Rahul Gandhi was not present in the Parliament when Anurag Thakur asked about the number of pages in the Constitution. The circulated video is edited to include the visuals of Rahul Gandhi and is shared to falsely claim that he could not answer Anurag Thakur’s questions.
