Explanation
A 57-second video clip of amygdaliform patterned transparent light traveling in the sky is shared widely on social media with the claim that the incident of strange light appeared in the sky before earthquake in Turkey. This viral video has ‘Before Turkey Earthquake’ written on the video. Posts with such a claim can be seen here, here, and here.
What is the truth?
When reverse-searching the keyframes of the video and searching with keywords, we found that the video is not related to the earthquake that occurred in Turkey. A tweet posted in October 2022 by a user with the account name ‘Catasach’ is found carrying the viral video. The video is captioned as Baikonur Cosmodrome, Southern Kazakhstan. The archived link of the tweet can be seen here.

The same video is found uploaded in November 2022 by the ‘Taras Zhytynsky 2’ Youtube channel with the title translated as ‘Satellite over the city of Balkhash, Kazakhstan’.
With further search ‘The Astana Times’ article dated 24, September 2022 is found with similar images and news about the launch of Soyuz-2.1a spacecraft with the manned spacecraft Soyuz MS-22 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan on 21, September 2022. But this article does not carry matching visuals from the viral video.
Some of the similar videos captured at different locations and times can be seen here, here, and here. This shows that the video is of a celestial body captured after the launch of rockets.
Similarly, a video of a swarm of birds hovering in the sky was shared earlier with the claim that it happened before the earthquake in Turkey. And several videos and images were falsely linked to the Turkey earthquake. Youturn fact-checked and published articles on it.

Conclusion
It is found that the viral video of amygdaliform patterned light in the sky is not captured before the earthquake. It is an old video from Kazakhstan after the launch of a spacecraft.
