What is the truth?

When reverse-searching the keyframes of the video, it is found that the video is old. A Facebook page ‘Watilson’s Wonderland’ posted this video on 29, January 2016 mentioning it as a ‘blizzard 2016 time lapse’.

A Youtube channel ‘Worse than Chiggers’ published a video on 25, January 2016 with the title ‘Beautiful 48 hours time-lapse of the blizzard’. It is mentioned in the description that the 1-minute time-lapse video captures the 48-hour blizzard of winter storm Jonas that hit the east coast between January 22 and 24, 2016 in northern Virginia, USA.
