What is the truth?

The Vande Bharat train from Delhi to Varanasi was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi in 2019. The wheel of this train jammed while nearing Varanasi on October 8. Meanwhile, a photo is circulated widely claiming that the jammed wheel of the Vande Bharat train was flattened.
