What is the truth?
When searching with relevant keywords we found that the woman is not a Muslim but a Hindu who is depressed due to family reasons.
A tweet by CP Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Police dated 20, May 2023 is found with a statement titled “The crime of hurting religious sentiments by a depressed woman due to family reasons was revealed within three hours and the woman was arrested. Scooter seized by city police”. The statement mentions the women’s name as Shailaja Vishal Udavet alias Shilpa Ramrao Garud, 38 Years from Satara locality. She is employed as Clerk at Kranti Chowk Post Office, Jawaharnagar.

On questioning, she admitted that she had defaced the said religious poster. On further inquiry with the said woman, it has been found that the said woman and the religious photo which was defaced belong to the same religion. As the said woman was mentally depressed due to family reasons, the inquiry concluded that there was no intention of the said woman to commit the said act and to create religious discord in the two communities.

The Twitter page also tweets a video of police in which he mentions the religion of the woman as Hindu. He also mentioned her depression due to family reasons and asks the public not to share misinformation.
Conclusion
It is found that the woman in the viral video is not a Muslim but a Hindu and it is to be noted that she is under depression due to family reasons. But the video is shared with false claims relating the incident with a communal spin.
